Is There Anybody Out There?
The Wall Live
The Wall live shows were originally recorded and filmed for use in the film ‘The Wall’, but the footage and recordings were never used. The tapes have subsequently remained in storage and had never been treated or mixed until now. As the technical processes involved in restoring and mixing these old tapes are very complex, the work currently being undertaken by producer, James Guthrie is very delicate and has taken longer than expected.
As always Pink Floyd wish to deliver the highest possible quality recordings to their fans and so it has become necessary to delay the album’s release date. The impressive package for Is Anybody Out There? - The Wall Live includes extra tracks not previously available on CD and will also make full use of some fantastic archived visuals.
February 7, 2000 has been chosen as the new release date as it marks the 20th Anniversary of the first live performance of The Wall, which took place in Los Angeles. I am not sure when this album will release out in India.
Given below are a few real audio streams of the songs from the album. These are the original sounds, so don't miss them!
